When you think of Holland, you think of tulips! Every year thousands of people from all over the world visit our little country to admire these beautiful flowers. You can now bring some Dutch glory into your own home with the Tulipa Cabanna. This tulip is a unique and extravagant parrot tulip that will reach a height of about 40-50cm. The large, elegant flowers adorn your garden with their gorgeous white and soft pink flowers. The pink colour intensifies as time goes by and when the tulips are in full bloom, they open fully to reveal the full palette of their beautiful colours. No garden but still want to celebrate spring with your own tulips? No problem! The tulips can also be planted in a pot and are therefore perfect for balconies. Plant the bulbs between September and December and enjoy your gorgeous tulips in May.

Care
The best time to plant the bulbs is when the leaves start to fall from the trees. The soil will have cooled down enough by then. The tulips can be planted at a depth of about 15-20cm in loose soil. The bulbs should be planted 10cm apart from each other. Tulips like a spot in the sun or semi-shade. When planted in solid soil, tulips can withstand all weather conditions. When planted in a pot, it is best to place them in a cold shed during extreme frosts.

The flower bulbs have a circumference of approximately 12cm upon delivery.
