2. Products

We specialise in the sale of live plants and related items. Plants are living products and therefore considered perishable goods. We do our best to ensure healthy and high-quality plants are sent out with every order.

3. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, as our products are fresh and cannot be resold once they have left our care.

That said, we understand that plants are a delicate product category. If something has gone wrong with your delivery—such as damage during transport or the wrong item being sent— please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order, including photos where possible.

In normal cases, we are happy to send a replacement or find another reasonable solution. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
When placing your order, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on past experience and typical courier speeds. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date, as occasional delays of a day or two can occur due to factors outside our control.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders to remote or hard-to-reach areas, such as small islands or postcodes that are not well served by our delivery partners. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund within 7 days.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase. While we take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping our products, we cannot accept responsibility for any indirect loss, such as missed planting windows, costs of third-party services, or other consequential damage. Always follow the plant care instructions provided to give your plants the best chance to thrive.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled under the appropriate legal jurisdiction depending on your place of residence within the UK.
