Tomatoes and potatoes growing from the same plant? Yes, it is possible! The TomTato is a plant obtained by grafting together a tomato plant and a potato plant, both of which belong to the Solanum genus in the Solanaceae (nightshades) family. Both tomatos and potatoes grow on a TomTato, which is very convenient and saves space! They both grow on a TomTato, which is very convenient and saves space! Cherry tomatoes grow on the vine, while white potatoes grow from the ground from the same plant. A well cared for 1 year old plant can produce about 250 to 500 tomatoes and 2 kilos of potatoes in its lifetime.

Care
Best of all, caring for the TomTato is not difficult at all! Plant the Tomtato deep in the soil so that the potatoes can develop well. Occasional watering and feeding are sufficient for a good harvest. Support the plant well with sticks and clamps, because it can grow quickly and give a lot of fruit, making it heavy. Remember to regularly 'thieve' the plant, or in other words remove the new shoots from the plant. This allows the Tomtato to put all its energy into the fruit.

Size
The plants have a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 10.5 cm.
