In this gladiolus mix, you receive a mix of richly flowering, large-flowered gladioli in beautiful, eye-catching colours that will elevate your summer garden. The gladiolus' flowering period starts in July and can last until the start of Autumn. Because of the beautiful colour mix, you can create striking combinations in your border with other plants, such as dalia. Gladioli are also perfect as cut flowers, which means you can enjoy the beautiful flowers indoors too. Pick the stems as soon as the bottom flower opens, preferably early in the morning. Place the stems immediately in a vase of lukewarm water with cut flower food. The bulbs can be planted from April to June.

Care
The tubers of Gladioli can be planted about 7-10 cm deep in spring. First loosen the soil and sprinkle a layer of sharp sand at the bottom of the planting hole. This allows rainwater to drain well under the tubers. Place the tubers about 10-12 cm apart. While planting, add some good potting soil. Mix heavy (clay) soil with sharp sand before planting. This large-flowered gladiolus likes to grow in a warm sunny spot. Preferably plant gladioli in a different spot every year.
