The Philodendron Caramel is a striking and rare Philodendron that is in a constant state of transformation. The young leaves start out green with straight edges. As the leaves develop, the shape of the leaf changes and deep incisions appear, giving the leaves their recognisable shape. Not only does the shape of the leaf change, the colour changes as well. The older the leaves get, the more they get the rare caramel-like glow. The Philodendron Caramel is delivered with a height of 25-35cm (measured including pot).

Care
The Philodendron Caramel prefers a spot in semi-shade. The plant can be planted in an airy soil. It is important that the soil is slightly moist, but be careful that the roots are not standing in a layer of water. The Philodendron Caramel comes from a tropical habitat, so it likes to be regularly watered with low calcium water. The spring and summer months are the plant's growth months, when it likes extra nutrition.
