Care The Chlorophytum is not difficult to care of. It prefers a light place, but it will also do fine in the shade. The plant likes to be watered twice a week and sprinkled once a week, but if you forget to water once a week, that is no problem either. The leaves of the Chlorophytum can turn yellow relatively quickly. Unfortunately this is part of the plant. It is best to cut these leaves off as close to the ground as possible.
