Fritillaria Meleagris, also known as the Lapwing Flower, is a beautiful mix of different varieties of Fritillaria Meleagris. These bulbs produce elegant, bell-shaped flowers in a variety of colors, including purple, white and striped. The Lapwing flower is native to grasslands and wetlands in Europe and thrives in moist environments. The flowers have a distinctive pattern on the petals that resembles the feathers of a lapwing, hence the name. This mix of Fritillaria Meleagris is an excellent choice for adding color and interest to gardens, borders and flower beds.

Care
Fritillaria Meleagris Mix thrives best in moist, well-drained soil in a sunny to semi-shaded location. Dig a planting hole about twice as deep as the height of the bulb and place the bulb with the tip up. Cover the bulb with soil and press firmly. Watering after planting is usually sufficient unless there is prolonged drought. These bulbs need a cold period to grow, so they are best planted in the fall. Fritillaria Meleagris Mix generally requires little maintenance. After flowering, the spent flower stems can be removed. The bulb overwinters in the ground and blooms again the following season. With its charming and unique flowers, Fritillaria Meleagris Mix is a wonderful addition to gardens and landscapes. By following proper planting instructions and care, you can enjoy the colorful flowers and natural look of this mix of Fritillaria Meleagris.

Size
The flower bulbs have a circumference of approximately 6/7cm upon delivery.
