The Pieris ‘Forest Flame’ is a real eye-catcher with its fiery red young leaves. This plant is also known as rock heather. Care
Pieris 'Forest Flame' prefers a spot in the half shade, for example under a tall shrub or tree. The plant grows best in a humus-rich, acid soil that is sufficiently permeable. If necessary, the shrub can be lightly pruned after flowering. You can then also immediately remove the wilted flowers.
