Muscari Armeniacum, also known as ‘Grape Hyacinth’, is one of the most popular spring bloomers! Found in Europe, Russia and North Asia, the grape hyacinth heralds the start of a new season for many people. The cute little blue flowers bloom in April-May and instantly brighten up your garden. They smell delicious, and with this lovely scent they attract bees and bumblebees. The bulbs can be planted between September and November, so you can enjoy a colourful garden in spring. They can also be planted in pots, making them perfect for the balcony too. The grape hyacinth can grow up to about 15cm high.

Care
You can plant the blue grapes between September and November in well-drained soil in a sunny spot. They also do well on a spot in the half shade. Do you plant the blue grapes in a pot? Make sure the pot is well-drained so excess water can drain away. When they have finished blooming, you can simply leave the bulbs in the garden or pot.
