Care
Dahlia bulbs can be planted in late spring, but beware of late night frosts. The plants are sensitive to frost. Dig a spacious planting hole, loosen the soil and fill the planting hole with good potting soil. Carefully place the tubers in the planting hole and cover with 3-5 cm. of soil. The planting distance of the tubers of dahlia 'Café au Lait' is 30-60 cm. After planting, water the tubers immediately. Dahlias flower most profusely in full sun. After flowering, store the flower tubers in a frost-free place and you will enjoy them for years.
