Japanese maples are known for their beautifully colored leaves and are a real eye-catcher. Each tree has its own beautiful colors and leaves that add a lot of variety to your garden. The plants are hardy and can therefore be planted in the garden. Plant them in the ground or in pots, individually or as a group. The Japanese maples grow to different heights and can therefore be put together well. They can also be cut into beautiful bonsai trees! The set contains 3 different species: Acer palmatum 'Atropurpureum', Acer palmatum 'Orange Dream' and Acer palmatum 'Beni Maiko'.

Care
Japanese Maples are best planted from March to early November. In this period the soil is warm and the plants can root well. Japanese Maples are strong plants but in a windy place the leaves can get damaged. Therefore, place the Acer in a sheltered spot. The plant prefers a spot in semi-shade, preferably not too much direct sunlight. Too much direct sunlight can dry out the roots which can lead to leaf loss and can burn the leaves.

Size
The plants have a height of 60-70cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 19cm.
